What to Expect

A Typical Day

School begins at 7:55am, with drop-off open from 7:15am-7:50am. The day begins with an assembly, where we start the day with prayer together. Students then split off into their individual classes. Beginning in kindergarten, students move around to different classrooms for different subjects.

The children have recess at the playground outside or in the gymnasium, depending on the weather.

School ends at 3:30pm, when students must be picked up. We do not offer after-care.

Dress Code

Students wear uniforms each today

Special Events

Parents and family have the opportunity to attend special events throughout the school year. These include:

  • Masses celebrated by our local priest or bishop

  • Grandparents’ day

  • Music recitals

  • Open houses

Lunches

Students bring lunches from home. Pre-K and kindergarten are also able bring snacks.

Parent Involvement

In order to keep school costs down, parents are required to do 25 service hours during the school year or pay an additional fee if the hours are not completed. Parents that only have Pre-K students at the school are exempt from this. Those receiving financial aid are required to do an additional 25 hours.

Each family must also help with mandatory fundraising of $350 per year.

We see parents as partners in the education process. We offer parent-teacher conferences twice a year or more often as needed.
